Hi, my name is Suzi Baldrick. I am a proven winner in sales and development in beach property. I understand the movement of values concerning land and homes around the coastal community.
I grew up in a family that developed property from Cape Hatteras to the Bahamas. As a young person, I listened to my father and his friends talking about Real Estate terms such as return on investment (high and low intensity impact) as well as forecasting values. I always paid attention with great interest as I worked my way through high school and college. These discussions became etched in my mind as I listened to astute investors talk with my parents over the dinner table about upcoming real estate negotiations.
This knowledge at such a young age cannot be bought. It was accumulated by so many untold stories about growth in real estate: condominiums, beachfront spec homes, and developmental properties.
Later, I married a man who had similar dreams like my father and understood the value of frankness and honesty. He is a developer and builder of luxury properties in the Lowcountry. As a consequence, the Islands are where we choose to live, grow our business, and raise our children.
