Park West to host tour of homes

Park West is a planned neighborhood community in Mount Pleasant, SC. Each spring and fall, the event is sponsored by Park West Realty as a service to the community, agents, brokers, and ‘for sale by owner’ homes. This Fall Tour of Homes will be held Saturday, Oct. 4th from 11 a.m to 5 p.m. All Park West owners who have their homes for sale are invited to participate. Park West will supply all of the yard signs and directionals and the event will end with a free barbeque at Park Island. Prizes will also be handed out to those who tour the homes!

Intracoastal Waterway

While living on the coast, it is so much fun to watch the boat traffic on the Waterway. School has started here in the Lowcountry, Labor Day has come and gone, and football season is well underway. All that being said, I have noticed that the boating traffic on the Intracoastal has slowed down considerably. However, within the next few months the trickle of “snowbirds” will begin their way down the Waterway heading south for the winter months! Enjoy…
